This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through this website. It covers website data only. Therapy session confidentiality is governed by the therapist's own Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable state and federal law, including HIPAA where it applies.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Services

Concierge Couples Counseling provides virtual couples therapy services to residents of Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Services are provided by Kendra Capalbo, LICSW, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.

Not Emergency Services

Our services are not intended for crisis or emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to our cancellation policy.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We do not accept insurance directly but can provide documentation (superbills) for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Limitation of Liability

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice or establish a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only established after completing our intake process and signing appropriate consent forms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
