Infidelity Recovery

Rebuilding trust after betrayal

Who This Is For

You've discovered an affair—or you're the one who had one. Either way, your world has been turned upside down. The questions won't stop: Can we survive this? Should we even try? Will I ever trust them again? Will they ever forgive me?

This work is hard. But couples who commit to the process often build something stronger than what they had before the betrayal.

How Infidelity Recovery Works

Phase 1 - Stabilization: The immediate aftermath of discovery is chaos. We focus first on creating safety, processing the shock, and establishing ground rules for the recovery process.

Phase 2 - Understanding: Why did this happen? Not to excuse it, but to understand the vulnerabilities in the relationship that created the conditions for betrayal. Both partners need to look honestly at their role. That's not about assigning equal blame. It's about seeing clearly enough to rebuild.

Phase 3 - Rebuilding: Trust isn't rebuilt with words—it's rebuilt with consistent actions over time. We create a roadmap for demonstrating trustworthiness and gradually restoring connection.

Phase 4 - Moving Forward: Not "getting over it" but integrating this experience into your relationship story. Some couples become closer than ever. Some discover the relationship has run its course. Either outcome can be healthy. The goal is clarity and a real decision, then the work ends.
